Thanks for stopping by.  Our website will be up and running soon!  In the meantime, we are working to create an inviting yoga studio- where you will be able to unplug, to recharge, and to hone your body and mind.

What is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room – which enables you to sweat and to detoxify.  Each posture is a challenge based on one’s personal abilities.
The practice was designed to move fresh, oxygenated blood to every part of the body, stimulating organs, glands and nerves restoring all systems to healthy working order.   Each posture stretches and strengthens the body’s muscles, ligaments and tendons.
The result is a strong and powerful body and mind.

Who can practice Bikram?
All levels are welcome regardless of physical shape or ability: just bring your willingness to try - and some water!

Who will teach?
Frannie Rochat and her team of experienced Bikram instructors will lead each class in a safe and supportive environment.
