Hello, our friendly, enthusiastic, experienced staff eagerly awaits your arrival!
Here is what you need to know to help you get started.

  • There are 26 postures in Bikram Yoga – 13 in the standing series and 13 in the floor series.

  • Bikram classes are 90 minutes (it goes by fast).  Express Bikram classes are 70 minutes.  The classes are designed for beginners and advanced students.

  • The yoga studio “hot room” is heated to approximately 105° F with 40% humidity, sweating is good! Your skin will be glowing, your body will be detoxifying, and your muscles will warm up quickly.

  • Wear lightweight, form fitting clothes.  Women typically wear shorts, a sports bra and/or tank top.  Men usually wear shorts and a tank top or go shirtless.  Always a good idea to bring something dry to change into after class.  And yes, we have wonderful showers in the changing rooms.

  • Bring to class a yoga mat, a beach size towel, and a water bottle.   However, if you forget or don’t have those items they are all available to rent or purchase at the studio.

  • Arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to class your first day so our staff can get you signed up, show you around, and give you any guidance you might need for your class.  To save time, it would be best to sign up in advance for class online.  Classes will start exactly on time.  To be respectful of others, there will be no entry five minutes after class has started.

  • Minors, (under 18), before attending your first class, the class registration/waiver must be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian.

  • We are located in Rye Ridge Shopping Center South BEHIND THE CVS and there is plenty of free parking.

  • Be prepared to sweat and have a lot of fun!

Hot pHIIT Pilates - A full body workout paired up with up-beat music.

Hot phiit Pilates  (aka hot hiit) is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles.
It combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 98 degrees. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat.

It also creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increase flexibility.

Hot phiit Pilates is performed on a yoga mat & towel, just like bikram yoga. All movements are low impact,
which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.

- classes are 60 minutes in a room heated to around 98 degrees.

- this is a great way to strenghthen your powerhouse muscles, lose weight, improve your posture, and have a really good time
- we recommend apparel similar to what you would wear to a Bikram Yoga class
