    75 minute yin class followed by a training/workshop approx one hour and 45 mins

  • Discover the healing potential of Yin Yoga!  The focus will be primarily on connective tissue release, precise breathing, and deeper expressions through longer hold times. 

  • Back Bending Workshop w/ Ida Ripley
  • In this 90 min. workshop we will cover the nuances and properties of the Bikram backward bends.  Learn how to connect with different areas of your spine, which muscles to use and which ones to relax, and how to go deeper into your postures!  Ida will teach techniques for isolation of different parts of the spine as well as which other parts of the body we need to use for backward bending.  We will spend our time on exercises to help create maximum strength & flexibility for you.
