Alzbeta instructs the following:
  • bikram yoga / 90 min
  • Bikram Yoga, the original “Hot Yoga,” is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a specific order. Each posture, or asana, is a challenge based on your own personal ability. The postures are the same in every class; it is your body and mind that will change and make your experience in each class different.  
    Try it, we love first timers!

  • bikram yoga express / 60 min
  • Bikram Express is a 60 minute heated class with the Bikram 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The express class is the same pace as the 90 minute class however some postures we will do one set instead of two. The express class is a great way to get your practice in if you are running short on time. All levels are welcome.



  • hot pHIIT pilates / 60 min
  • Hot PHIIT Pilates is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) and Pilates principles. It combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 98 degrees. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It also, in turn, creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.
    Hot PHIIT Pilates is performed on a yoga mat. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
    It is a full body workout paired up with upbeat music. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together. Consistent practice will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.

  • Intermediate Series Pop Up Classes!
    Go beyond the 26+2 in the Bikram Series. Appropriate for all levels, you only need an open mind and a willingness to try!  A 75 minute class, get ready to stretch, strengthen, and sweat.
